– Opt-In and Opt-Out: User accessibility to messages occurs through two methods: when they text “START” or “SUBSCRIBE” to our platform, they can opt-in with their phone number available for subscription communication. The procedure to stop messages requires users to send a “STOPshortcodehort code. Our system will send verification when you successfully select to leave the service after submitting an opt-out request. A user can sign up and rejoin the site anytime after leaving the service.
– Help and Support: For messaging program assistance, users can reply with HELP and then contact Support@teamghl.com. Our team has committed to meeting A2P and CTIA standards for message support.
– Carrier Disclaimer: The same message also states carriers exempt themselves from responsibility for late messages or undelivered content.
– Message and Data Rates: Our customers will be charged standard rates when they send or receive any messages through our system. The system will only send one cumulative message for the entire day period.
– Privacy and Security: The A2P messaging platform of our service implements strict security measures and preserves complete user data privacy. The service protects personal data from unauthorized sharing and does not engage in transactions with unauthorized entities. Our Privacy Policy includes complete data practices explanations.
